Managed marketing · East Texas

You are already being found. Just not by enough people.

ROM10 runs the marketing for HVAC, plumbing, and garage-door shops from Rockwall to Sulphur Springs. We answer the call you missed, text the homeowner back, book the job, and chase the quote. You keep doing the work.

Realistic expectations

What actually changes, and when.

Most shops we talk to are not invisible. They are leaky. Here is the honest before and after, so nobody is surprised at the 30-day call.

AreaWhere most shops areWhere this goes
Google Business ProfileThe listing people actually call
Unclaimed, three photos, no hours, no categories.
Claimed, right categories, hours that match, photos refreshed, and a review ask after every finished job. Plan on 5 to 15 new reviews in the first 90 days.
WebsiteWhat a homeowner sees at 9pm
None, a dead template, or Facebook only. Slow on a phone.
Loads in about a second on a phone, tap-to-call on every screen, and a page for each thing you actually sell, not a brochure about your values.
Missed callsWhere the money leaks
It rings out. The homeowner dials the next shop on the list.
A text back inside a minute, every time, with your name and a booking link. Most people who text back still need the job.
Quotes and follow-upThe quiet killer
One text, then silence. Nobody chases it.
Chased on day 1, 3, and 7, plus a reminder before the visit so the truck is not sitting in a driveway nobody is home in.
Knowing what happenedCalls, bookings, jobs
Nothing. You guess based on how the week felt.
One page a month: calls answered, calls missed, bookings, jobs won, and the one thing to fix next.

These are planning targets for a shop that answers the phone and has finished work worth photographing. They are not a guarantee, and we will not pretend a marketing retainer fixes a phone nobody picks up. At day 30 you get the real numbers, good or bad.

What we run

Four things, done properly. Not fourteen, done badly.

01

Capture

A phone number that stops losing people. Missed-call text-back inside a minute, a booking link, and a calendar that fills itself instead of a voicemail box nobody checks.

02

Find

Google Business Profile kept current, categories that match the work you want, photos that are not from 2019, and citations that agree with each other across the web.

03

Follow

Quotes chased on a schedule, reminders before the visit, and one review request after a good job. This is the part almost every shop skips.

04

Report

One page a month in plain English: what came in, what booked, what closed, and the single next fix. No dashboard you have to learn.

How it starts

Three weeks from handshake to live.

  1. Week one: the leak.

Missed-call text-back, the booking calendar, and quote follow-up go on first, because that is where the money already is.

  2. Week two: the front door.

A fast mobile site for the work you actually sell, plus the Google Business Profile cleaned up and matched to it.

  3. Week three: the rhythm.

Review asks, the monthly broadcast, and the first report. Then it is a standing monthly job, not a project.

Ads are out on purpose. A retainer that promises to spend your money on impressions is a different business than this one.

Love Under the Bridge

We built the ministry a web home so donors and volunteers could stay updated on the work. The domain is down; the archived capture still reads.

About

Why the name is a verse and the work is a phone call.

ROM10 takes its name from Romans 10:20. The line is about being found by people who were not looking for you. That is the entire job of local marketing, and it is also, for a lot of shops, the thing that keeps not happening.

We are a small operation, on purpose. One shop per town, per trade. If we take the HVAC shop in Forney, we are not going to take the one next door and split the attention. The alternative is an agency with forty clients and a junior account manager who has never answered a service call.

We do not sell ads, we do not post memes on your behalf, and we do not hand you a login and a training video. We run the system and you get a one-page report. If that sounds too simple, it is because most of the money in this trade is lost in a missed call and an unfollowed quote, not in a clever campaign.

Questions

Straight answers, including the ones that lose us the deal.

How fast would I actually see a difference?

Missed-call text-back and quote follow-up go live in week one, so the phone behavior changes immediately. Google visibility is slower: reviews, photos, and citations accumulate over 60 to 90 days. Anyone promising page one in two weeks is selling you something else.

Do I have to learn the software?

No. You get a text or a call when a job comes in, and a one-page report each month. If a vendor needs you in a dashboard every week, that is a different offer than this one.

Do you do ads?

No, not in either tier. Ads are easy to sell and hard to make pay for a shop with a $600 average ticket. Fix the leak first. If ads make sense later, we will say so with the numbers in front of us.

What if I already have a website?

Then we look at it before we quote. If it converts fine on a phone, we leave it and spend the money on capture and listings. We are not going to sell you a rebuild you do not need.

Why only one shop per town per trade?

Because competing clients in the same town means we are optimizing against ourselves. One shop per trade, per town. When it is taken, it is taken.

What happens if I cancel?

Month-to-month, no lock-in. Cancel and service stops. You keep the domain and an export of your contacts. We keep the playbook.

Next step

12 minutes. One honest look at the leak.

Tell us the shop, the town, and which gap is costing you most. We will show you the capture loop, and we will tell you if your current site already does the job.

If it is not a fit, we say so on the call instead of adding you to a drip sequence.
