ROM10 collects only what you type into the form: name, shop name, phone, town, trade, the gap you picked, tier, and an optional note. We use it to see whether we can help and to reply. We do not sell it and we do not run ads from it.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by our worker on rom10.win. When our intake system is connected, the same fields are stored there so we can follow up. We do not publish a street address because we do not host client visits at a home office.

To have a submission removed, send the same shop name or phone with a note saying “delete my info.”
